Laundry day shouldn't start with unscrewing a cap and end with a sticky bottle in the corner of the cupboard. Lehis is detergent as a sheet: take one sheet, put it in the drum, start the machine.
No measuring cap, no overpouring, no plastic bottle to deal with afterwards.
Here is exactly what makes us different.
One sheet, one wash
Dosing detergent is tedious and most of us get it wrong — usually too much. Lehis solves that: one sheet is one wash. Two for heavier soiling.
The sheet is dry and light. You take it out of the box with clean hands, drop it at the bottom of the drum before adding laundry, and that's the last thought you give it. The sheet dissolves during the cycle and leaves no residue in the drum or on clothes.
One box holds 20 sheets — 20–40 washes in a package that fits on the smallest laundry shelf.
Packaging with no plastic in it
The Lehis box is paper based. There is no plastic bag, plastic window or plastic cap inside it. When the box is empty, it goes in the paper and cardboard bin.
A regular detergent bottle is 2–3 litres of plastic, much of whose content is water. We ship sheets, not water — the same number of washes weighs many times less and takes many times less shelf space.
The box measures 170 × 140 × 25 mm. It fits in a letterbox, a handbag and a suitcase.
Do laundry sheets clean as well as liquid detergent?
This is the most common question we get — and it is a fair one.
Lehis sheets contain concentrated detergent without water and fillers. The amount of active ingredient in one sheet is calculated for a normal 4–5 kg load. Everyday dirt, sweat and food splashes come out on a normal programme.
When one sheet is not enough: dried-in grease, wine stains and heavily soiled work clothes need pre-treatment or a second sheet, exactly as with liquid detergent. We don't promise miracles — we promise that normal laundry gets clean on a normal programme.
The sheets are intended for all domestic washing machines and dissolve on short and low-temperature programmes too.
A fragrance-free option
Every product comes in two versions: scented and fragrance free.
The fragrance-free option contains no added fragrances.
The scented versions are Spring Blossom (washing machine) and Lemon (dishwasher). The scent is light and fades as clothes dry — it is not a lasting perfume layer.

Why we do this
Lehis started with a group of friends who looked at the row of plastic bottles in their laundry cupboard and thought it could be solved more simply. The name comes from the larch — a tree that grows right here.
How to start
For your first wash, take the fragrance-free version and a normal programme. Front loader (door at the front): place the sheet in the drum, then add the clothes. Top loader (lid on top): first put the clothes in the drum, then place the sheet on top of the clothes. Do not put the sheet in the detergent drawer.
Frequently asked questions
How many sheets does one wash need?
One sheet per normal load (4–5 kg). Two sheets for very dirty laundry or a fully loaded large machine.
Does the sheet dissolve in cold water?
Yes, the sheets are made to dissolve at low wash temperatures too, including 30 °C programmes.
Is Lehis suitable for coloured laundry?
Yes, the sheets are suitable for both white and coloured laundry. They contain no phosphates, optical brighteners or bleach.
Is there a fragrance-free option?
Yes. The fragrance-free option contains no added fragrances.
Do I need a separate fabric softener?
No. If you are used to softener, you can keep using it as usual.
Does the sheet fit every washing machine?
Yes, the sheets suit both front-loading and top-loading domestic washing machines.
