2. What personal data do we collect?

To process an order, we collect: your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address or the location of the chosen parcel machine. We also store your order history and data related to payment transactions.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your e-mail address and use it only to send Lehis news, offers and product updates.

3. How do we use the data?

• To process and deliver orders and to provide customer service.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send newsletters, if you have explicitly given your consent.
• To improve the shop's functionality and user experience.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data with service providers who help fulfil your order: shipping companies (e.g. Omniva, Itella, DPD), payment service providers and our web hosting partners. All partners are contractually obligated to keep the data safe.

Subscribing to the Lehis newsletter is voluntary — it is not required to make a purchase. To subscribe, we collect and store your e-mail address. We only send Lehis product updates, offers and useful information about eco-friendly home care.

Giving consent: by subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. by ticking the box next to “I want to receive the Lehis newsletter” at checkout) you confirm that you wish to receive marketing content from us. We record the time consent was given along with your e-mail address.

Withdrawing consent: you may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To do so, click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter we send. If the link doesn't work or you need help, write to us at info@wasa.group and we will remove you from the list within 3 working days at the latest. Unsubscribing does not affect your purchase history or other order-related data.

You have the right to access, correct, delete your data or restrict its processing. To exercise your rights, write to info@wasa.group.
